1. Introduction
This website is operated by CDJ Business trading as Holly London. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Holly London. By accessing this website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Shipping & Delivery policy and our Returns & Refunds policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the site or place an order.

3. Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers, orders and contracts between Holly London and customers. Any additional or different terms proposed by you are not accepted unless we expressly agree in writing.
4. The offer, prices & VAT
4.1 All product descriptions, images and specifications are indicative. We aim to display accurate information but cannot guarantee exact colour, sizing or appearance.
4.2 Prices shown on the site are inclusive/exclusive of VAT depending on the product and the country of sale. Where import VAT or customs duties apply on international deliveries, these are the responsibility of the customer and not charged by Holly London at checkout. We will indicate when additional import costs may apply.
4.3 We reserve the right to update prices or correct errors. If an order was placed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will notify you and offer to cancel or to continue at the corrected price.
5. Placing an order & contract formation
5.1 When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance and formation of the contract takes place when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
5.2 We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, for reasons of product availability, suspected fraud, or payment issues). If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund you in full.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment must be made by the methods displayed at checkout. Payment will be taken at the time of order.
6.2 You warrant that the payment details you supply are true and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

- Order cut-off: 15:00 (UK time) — orders placed before cut-off on business days begin processing the same day.
- Processing / dispatch: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Shipping origin: Orders are dispatched from our trusted international fulfillment partners.
- Estimated UK delivery: Standard delivery 4–13 business days from dispatch.
- Shipping cost: Free standard delivery to the United Kingdom.
- Tracking: A tracking number is provided by email once your order is dispatched.
8. Right of withdrawal / cancellations
8.1 Consumers (private customers) have the right to cancel a distance contract within 30 days from the day after delivery (the cooling-off period). To exercise this right you must notify us by email at info@holly-london.com within the 30-day period.
8.2 After notifying us you must return the goods within 30 days and retain proof of postage. You are responsible for return postage unless the return is due to an error by us (wrong item or faulty).
8.3 If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund the full order amount. If the goods have already been dispatched, follow our Returns process.
9. Returns & refunds (summary)

9.1 You must initiate returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition — unused, with tags and original packaging unless faulty.
9.2 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective), in which case we will provide a prepaid return label or cover postage.
9.3 Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection. The time to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
9.4 No restocking fees are charged.
10. Faulty or incorrect items
10.1 If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact info@holly-london.com within 24 hours (for faults) or within 30 days for other errors, providing photos, order number and description. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
10.2 For faulty or incorrect items we will cover return postage and will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
11. Returns adress / authorised facility
All authorised returns should be sent only to the address provided in your return authorisation. Our international returns facility handles all returns efficiently and securely. Customers will receive the correct return address after contacting our customer service team.
12. Delivery risk & title
12.1 Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you at the time of delivery to the address you provided. Title to the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full.
12.2 If you believe your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and provide the tracking number; we will investigate with the carrier.
13. Guarantees & conformity
13.1 Products should conform to the contract and be of satisfactory quality. If a product is defective, you may be entitled to repair, replacement or refund under these Terms and applicable law.
13.2 The seller’s statutory rights are not affected by any commercial guarantees that may be offered.
14. Liability & limitations
14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for direct loss arising from defective products is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
14.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
15. Intellectual property
All site content, trademarks, images and materials are owned or licensed by Holly London. You may not reproduce or use site content without our prior written consent.
16. Data protection & privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site you consent to the processing described in that policy. The Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
17. Complaints procedure
If you have a complaint, email info@holly-london.com with full details. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to resolve the complaint within 30 days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may seek alternative dispute resolution as set out below.
18. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Changes take effect when published; it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
