Important information

Order cut-off time
Orders placed before 15:00 (UK time) on a business day (Mon–Fri) begin processing the same day.

Processing / Dispatch time
We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping origin

Orders are dispatched from our trusted international fulfillment partners.

Estimated delivery to the United Kingdom

  • Standard delivery (free): 4–13 business days from dispatch (typical).

Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date of dispatch (after processing). Transit times may be extended due to customs processing, carrier delays, or public holidays — please allow an additional 3 business days beyond the estimated window before contacting us.

Shipping costs

  • Free standard delivery to the United Kingdom on all orders. (No paid upgrades available.)

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking lets you follow your parcel until delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Cancellations & changes
To cancel or change an order, contact info@holly-london.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders before they are dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, we will advise on return options.

Returns & refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (items must be unused and in original condition).
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Returns should be sent to the address provided in your return authorisation.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged / incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email info@holly-london.com within 30 days of delivery with: order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description. We will respond within one business day and arrange a replacement, refund, or return label as appropriate.
